Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Beacon Pro is a $20 USD monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for all orders.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months.

Refunds

If Beacon Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that window, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but we review requests case by case — if the service was unavailable or didn't work as described, tell us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form and choose "Billing". Include the email address on the subscription. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Price changes

If we change the price of Beacon Pro, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your subscription so you can cancel first if you'd like.
